FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are meals provided? Yes. We provide three meals daily- breakfast, lunch, & afternoon snacks.

Can I provide my child's meals? Unfortunately, not. We do not allow outside food into our child care due to allergies, except baby formula & breast milk.


Can I switch/rotate days in the Part-Time Care Plans? No. Care days are locked in. However, you can purchase our Flex Care Plan or Drop-In days [space permitting] if you need additional days.


Can we visit the childcare? Absolutely! We have an open-door policy for current families. Due to Covid-19, all tours are held virtually.


 

Does Little Sprouts Enrichment Child Care assist in potty learning? When your child is interested in our care, we will talk with the parents to see if you are ready to start potty learning. We potty learn using disposable training pants. Once your child is dry for a few days, we will let you know we can transition to underwear.

 

Do you make meal accommodations for children with allergies? We will try our best to make reasonable accommodations. Please speak with the Director to discuss any special accommodations/restrictions before enrollment.

 

Do you accept subsidized payments [DHS]? Little Sprouts Enrichment Child Care does not accept DHS payments or subsidized co-payments.

 

Is there a late pick-up policy? Yes. Children are expected to be picked up on time. Children not picked up as scheduled are charged $25.00 for the first 1-5 minutes and a $3.00 late fee per minute per child until the child is picked up. This fee is due at pick-up. If you are late or are expecting to be late, please call the childcare to plan accordingly [fees still apply].
